  • Feedback and Testimonials: By providing feedback or testimonials, clients grant the organizer permission to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

2. Description of Services

  • Course "Путь к Истине":
  • Upon payment, the client will receive a link to join a Telegram group (visit telegram.org) where additional information is provided.
  • Within the Telegram group, the client will find links to online sessions via the Zoom platform (zoom.us).
  • The course consists of 12 online meditation sessions delivered over 12 weeks, with one session every Sunday at 12:00 PM Moscow Time.
  • Product "Online Meditation", Consultation:
  • These are single, one-hour online meditation sessions or talks conducted via Zoom.
  • Consultation Sessions:
  • If consultation sessions are available as part of the services, they must be scheduled in accordance with the organizer’s established timetable.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling of consultation sessions must be communicated and confirmed by the organizer at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to notify within the 24-hour period may result in forfeiture of any refund for that session.
  • No Certifications or Accreditation:
  • Participation in the courses and consultation sessions does not confer any official certificates, licenses, or professional accreditation unless explicitly stated in separate agreements.

3. Payment Terms

  • Prices for all services are listed on the website and may be subject to change at the organizer’s discretion.
  • Payment is made by transferring funds to the organizer’s designated bank account.
  • All transactions are governed by these terms, and any applicable fees or charges must be satisfied at the time of payment.

4. User Rights and Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and current personal data at the time of registration.
  • Notification Consent: Clients agree to receive notifications and updates (via Telegram, Zoom, etc.) regarding courses and consultation sessions.
  • Educational Purposes Only: Clients acknowledge that the services provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific results.
  • Mental Health Declaration: The organizer does not work with individuals experiencing mental health issues. By participating, the client confirms that they are fully mentally healthy.
  • Age Requirement: By using the services, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment (hardware, software, and a stable internet connection) to access and participate in the online sessions.
  • Non-Transferability: Access to the courses and consultation sessions is granted exclusively to the paying client and is non-transferable. Login credentials must not be shared with or provided to third parties.
  • Assignment: The client may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the organizer.

5. Organizer Rights and Obligations

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the conditions, content, or schedule of courses and consultation sessions at any time.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or outages occurring on the platforms (Telegram, Zoom) used to deliver the services.
  • The organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client’s access to the services without prior notice if the client breaches these terms or if their actions are harmful to other users.
  • The organizer may cancel or postpone sessions due to technical problems or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy and Data Security

  • Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided by clients will be used solely for delivering the services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent.
  • Security Measures: The organizer takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data. However, the organizer is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to data if such events occur due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of client cancellation, refunds will not be provided, except as otherwise specified in a separate cancellation policy communicated at the time of purchase.
  • For consultation sessions, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; otherwise, the fee for that session may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer

  • General Disclaimer: Participation in courses and consultation sessions is at the client’s sole risk. The organizer does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the practice of meditation.
  • Professional Advice Disclaimer: The consultations and materials provided are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. They do not substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment in areas such as medicine, psychology, legal, or financial matters.
  • Licensing Disclaimer: The organizer is not a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist in the EU. By purchasing and using the services, the client acknowledges and accepts this fact.
  • Limitation of Liability: The organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of revenue or profits, arising from the use of the services.

9. Recording of Sessions

  • Some online sessions conducted via Zoom or Telegram may be recorded for quality control or internal training purposes.
  • By paying for the services, the client acknowledges and agrees that the sessions may be recorded, in whole or in part, using video, audio, and/or other digital means. The client further agrees that the organizer is entitled to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize these recordings for any purposes at its sole discretion—including but not limited to marketing, educational, archival, or commercial uses—without any obligation to notify or compensate the client. Payment for the services confirms the client’s acceptance of these terms regarding the recording and use of sessions.

10. Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer, its employees, and affiliated entities from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from a breach of these terms or from the client's misuse of the services.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by the organizer—including course materials, videos, and written documents—is the exclusive intellectual property of Natasha XTL.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Finland.

13. Force Majeure

  • The organizer shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or internet service interruptions.

14. Severability Clause

  • If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement and Amendments

  • By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
  • This document constitutes the entire agreement between you (“Client”) and Natasha XTL regarding the online courses and consultation sessions provided and supersedes any prior communications, understandings, or agreements—whether written or verbal—that may have existed.
  • Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
